THE GREAM IT is a small engineering team in Accra. We design, build and maintain custom software, websites, mobile apps and the networks underneath them — then stay on to keep them running.

How we work
Four stages, in order.
You'll know what stage we're at and what's coming next. No long silences, no invoice that arrives before anything works.

Scope
We sit with the people who'll use the system and map what happens today — forms, approvals, workarounds. You get a written scope with a fixed price before anyone writes code.

Build
We ship in two-week slices. At the end of each one there's something on a link you can open and click through, so problems surface early instead of at handover.

Handover
Training for your staff, written documentation, and every account, domain and repository transferred into your organisation's name. Nothing stays locked to us.
04
Support
A support agreement with stated response times, monthly backups and a person who picks up the phone. Ongoing, not goodwill.
