Enterprise platforms, data systems, and scalable infrastructure built for real-world operational complexity.
Contributed to the development of a comprehensive Performance Appraisal system being deployed across all public service institutions in Ghana. The platform manages staff performance evaluation workflows, organizational structures, and appraisal records at a national scale, serving public servants across multiple government institutions.
As part of the engineering team, I worked on building key components of the system including appraisal workflows, backend API development, and frontend features using Angular. The platform supports hierarchical KRA/KPI-based evaluation processes, multi-stage approval workflows, role-based access control, and automated scoring services designed to handle thousands of concurrent users.
Built a large-scale agricultural data management platform to manage cocoa farm records, farmer information, and field inspection activities across Ghana. The system processes over one million farm records and supports complex geospatial and operational queries for district-level monitoring.
The engineering challenge was significant: querying and aggregating massive agricultural datasets in near-real time, while supporting geospatial operations for farm mapping and field verification. I implemented optimized query strategies, aggregation pipelines, and indexing specifically tuned for large-scale agricultural data patterns.
Developed a high-performance analytics and reporting platform that consolidates operational data from multiple source systems into a unified intelligence layer, powering real-time dashboards for thousands of concurrent users across the organization.
My focus was the data layer: efficient pipelines that ingest, normalize, and aggregate data from disparate sources without introducing latency that would degrade real-time performance. I designed optimized database structures, query patterns, and layered caching strategies to keep the system fast as data volumes grew.
